"Canto del Sol was a vibrant resort with close proximity to the beach, city, and local culture. The venue and the staff was exceptional with a variety of activities, pools, amenities and food to enjoy! It is a resort friendly for singles, friends, families, weddings and more! 10/10 would recommend and go back again!"

"We loved our stay at the Tropicana. The room was large, clean and our junior suite had both a full kitchen and an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean. Room- decor was nice, space was clean, and very functional. Not as many frills as some places, but uncrowded, beautiful beach, reasonable food, and excellent location and service made this a place we will return to!"

"Had a great stay. Beds were comfy. Food was pretty good, could be a little bland depending on what you order, all the classics were excellent. Property is immaculate. 15-20 minute cab ride to explore the Malacon. Make sure to enjoy that area of town. Room was spacious (2bedroom look off). The room did have a musty smell, however the cleanliness of the room offset that. I would go back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Make sure you catch some day trips with Valllarta Adventures, they were awesome. Don’t do the San Sebastián trip if your looking for tequila tasting, great host, just kind of lame. Vellas Vallarta was good for us, family with two teens. Everything shuts down at 10:30-11:00pm. It’s not a “party destination”. Which we liked. Quite every night. "
