"We just returned from an incredible stay at the Puerto Vallarta Hilton with our family, and it’s a hands-down 5-star experience! The pool was a blast for our kids—perfectly suited for them to play and enjoy. The kids’ club was phenomenal; our little ones adored it and still rave about the fun they had there. The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Food was delicious and always available, with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. We also loved the hotel’s private beach—so beautiful and well-maintained, it felt like our own slice of paradise. The gym was a pleasant surprise too—spacious, well-equipped, and staffed with pros who kept it spotless. Daily activities added such a fun vibe, from beach games to evening events—there was always something exciting to do. The location is unbeatable, just a quick cab ride to the Puerto Vallarta Malecón and steps from central town. We loved every second and can’t wait to return. This place is a family dream—highly recommend!"

"We had a great experience. The location for an all inclusive is fantastic, within walking distance to the malecon and lots of local culture - a great choice if you want the all inclusive but have the city still be accessible. The food was quite good, albeit somewhat limited by the resort being a little small. Staff were very friendly. Pool was great and nice beach. It gets a little sleepy after 8 pm as the pool closes and there is usually 1 music act with not a ton of seating, but at least the bar remains open and you can always explore the city that is at your fingertips. Overall would recommend this place!"
