"Stayed overnight with my family on weekend away in Santa Barbara. No direct beach access but it was within a 10 minute drive to Arroyo Burro beach. Older property but rooms appear renovated within last few years. It was clean, quiet. One light bulb over sink was out. The included breakfast was good and had variety of food offered. Overall a good option to stay for the night. "
