The picture shown is not Inn By the Harbor, but their sister property across the street, however, Inn By the Harbor has a much nicer courtyard overlooking the garden and pool whereas the property shown here overlooks the parking lot. Room was somewhat dated but very comfortable bedding and double queen room even has a kitchenette! We enjoyed the wine and cheese served in the lobby for happy hour and had a nice walk to State Street for dinner and walk down to the harbor in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

It was generally nice and good location. The only issues were noisy plumbing, shower was alt scorching hot/ freezing cold when nearby shower in use (fine if no one else was showering nearby). Traffic was noisy at around 7:30 am, which wasn’t welcome for late risers like us.

Very mediocre. One or two stars max. Near the harbor is a misnomer. This was not convenient to anywhere. Far from restaurant. Far from the beach. Far from state street. Very loud as it is on a main road .
