"The staff and service were excellent, and the property was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The only drawback was the noise from the upstairs neighbors, though that’s more a matter of inconsiderate guests than the hotel's responsibility. One suggestion for improvement: many hotels offer complimentary parking for guests with handicap placards, and I would have appreciated a similar accommodation here. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay."

"We had a lovely stay, we had a problem with our room on the top level, Child's disability and staff swiftly changed our room. The ambiance upon arrival with great, friendly face, music and cookies, wine. Perfection! Our room, super clean, the layout with kitchen was great. Kids were able to make their usual quick noodles and we reheated dinners from the night before, travel tip ;) Thank you Inn By the Harbor!"
