The only drawback was the noise from the upstairs neighbors, though that’s more a matter of inconsiderate guests than the hotel's responsibility. One suggestion for improvement: many hotels offer complimentary parking for guests with handicap placards, and I would have appreciated a similar accommodation here. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay."
