"Amazing "

"The staff were great, especially in the dining area for breakfast. They were all good but Juan was an excellent server, very attentive. Loved his energy. There's also a nice spanish lady who was the hostess with long nails. Unfortunately i didn't get her name. Also lovely. Breakfast was expensive though. It should be included. The hotel itself is basic and somewhat dated. I expected more from the Hilton. Id choose somewhere else next time."

"After a horrible travel experience with the airline, our stay began with exceptional service from Jonathan and continued throughout our stay. Every single employee we encountered got it right. Professional, polite, accomodating, friendly, happy, etc. Bravo to this staff and the hotel for such a high level of customer service. "

"They were able to accommodate us last minute when most nearby hotels were booked. Great reception. Breakfast looked good, but we didn’t have any. Room had a bad smell but otherwise, good stay."

"Not too far from rose bowl. There’s plenty of places to eat along the street. Quiet place. Would stay there again "

"Lots of perks including friendly staff, laundry steamer in the room, very clean room and a small fridge. A couple things to note that weren't great. Parking was off site across the Street about 1 block away. A lot of stairs without and elevator. Very small shower."
