"The first few nights were a bit rough. The first room I was assigned to was on the 10th floor. It had a smell (body odor), and the tv was blue and defected. We let the front desk know and they resolved it by switching our rooms. Once we switched, we then noticed our lamps were lopsided. "We had an overall good experience staying at The Glendale Hotel. The building is quiet and clean, and is located on a main street with bus connections as well as right near two major freeways. There were food options and a Target within close walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. You can hear a little bit of noise from the hallway when someone is speaking near your door, but it's pretty minimal (muffled) and never kept us awake at night. Staff...

"We arrived early and they allowed us to check in at 1pm. Room was clean, bathroom clean and fridge clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. Hotel was pretty booked but our floor was quiet. Breakfast was good with omelettes made the way you like. Parking is offered onsite for $27 but there is a lot right door for $15. 10 minutes away from Universal Studios. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Motel Sakura. Our check in was easy, was given lots of information beforehand so we knew what to expect in the late hour that we got to room. The property is gated so felt safe whenever we got in late and parked. The area is quiet considering its alongside a main road. We will definitely return again."
