"It was a very convenient place to stay. Close to a train station and luxury shopping and malls. The breakfast/brunch package was again convenient but nothing to write home about. The room was showing some age. It isn't the quietest place to stay. But that is to be expected, locate on a main street in a big city. The mattress was harder than i would prefer, that is a personal issue. "

"Everything was great!! Initially they gave us a very small room for 2 people but we asked for a bigger room and they upgraded us free of charge. Samsung staff and very close to shopping and subway stations!! "

"Hotel conditions are fair. Staff services are excellent. Location is very convenient. Family Mart is just around the corner. Many eateries nearby. We stayed for 8 nights in a double bed room and a twin beds room. Room size is reasonable. They clean the room daily. They don’t have coin laundry in the hotel but there are two public coin laundry nearby so is not a problem if you have a longer stay. Would come back to this hotel on future visits."

"Perfect location, easy access to transportation, lots and lots of dining options, not to mention all the convenience stores are within a two minute walking distance, Family mart, Seven Eleven, and Lawson. Our room was a bit small but it was expected. I would suggest expanding their laundry facilities. There should he more than 2 washers/dryers."

"The staff was off the charts friendly and the room spacious. Our room had two ‘twin’ beds adjacent to each other which was wonderful. More like two American double beds together. Bedding and bath clean and immaculate. Room was spacious and upper floor views were spectacular. Would definitely stay there again. "
