"We had a wonderful start to our family Spring Break staying at Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room was always so clean after our day exploring the city. We really enjoyed our PJs and breakfast was a perfect way to start our day. I highly recommend Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo. Great location, center to city and easy walk to city metro system."

"Very close to a train station with a train directly to/from Haneda airport. Walkable area of Ginza with high-end shopping a few blocks away. Front desk was very helpful in arranging takkyubin to send my luggage to my next location. Toiletries are available in the open in the lobby. The windows in my room were facing another building, but this made it very quiet which I appreciated. Modern room and bathroom. I would stay here again."

"Very convenient to many things and places in Ginza. My only issue is the slow elevator especially when there are lots of people waiting. Otherwise it's a wonderful place to stay. "

"Hotel conditions are fair. Staff services are excellent. Location is very convenient. Family Mart is just around the corner. Many eateries nearby. We stayed for 8 nights in a double bed room and a twin beds room. Room size is reasonable. They clean the room daily. They don’t have coin laundry in the hotel but there are two public coin laundry nearby so is not a problem if you have a longer stay. Would come back to this hotel on future visits."

"The Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel Tokyo/Ginza is a great location & near a train access right outside the hotel door. Key to getting around Tokyo. Staff was very courteous & helped us with all our needs during our stay. I highly recommend & would gladly return to stay again on a future trip. "

"Fantastic location with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms were on the smaller side, but they made up for it with thoughtful amenities and an amazing massage chair. I would definitely recommend staying here. "
