"I liked that it was just next door to one of the underground stations and also walkable to the famous Namba and Dotonbori areas. The hotel has a swimming pool, a spa, and a restaurant inside, even though we did not use any facilities due to our tight schedule. I did not like that there was a cockroach in our bathroom. The staff was very quick to come and spray the area with insect chemicals to kill it. We requested to be switched to another room so that they could disinfect the bathroom better....

"I love their Spa. After walking all day, it is so nice to soak in the spa. Location is perfect. 10 min walk to Dotonbori,15-20 min walk to Kuromon Market and Shinsaibashi Market.
