"The hotel is in the perfect location! The room was clean and we really enjoyed our stay here. The only downfall was the elevator. It took forever to be able to get an elevator. We waited 30 minutes one time for an elevator. Keep that in mind if you have specific plans to get anywhere. Other than fhat, we walked to Times Square from this hotel in no time. Also, there was a subway entrance very close to get anywhere else. Would recommend!! "

"First, the staff was so pleasant. Every single person at the front desk, those who held luggage, those at breakfast - it was a lovely feeling to have smiling faces, and helpful hands, and capable helpers. Second, the bed was firm and new, and I love a firm mattress. There were a few different thicknesses of pillow, that is a big deal. I like a thin pillow and I got one, as did a friend.
