"Well I arrived around 7am and the automatic doors wasn't releasing to open. So we stood in the door way until someone notice us. Other than that, we did the early check in. Our room was a good size for 3 of us. Breakfast was good as well. We got our hospitality water. Housekeeping came the same day we check -in, that was strange. Our room accommodation was very comfortable. The bed was okay, the pillows were flat. It was still a pleasant stay. Oh i didn't see any USB ports and the wall...

"Wonderful location and comfortable stay. The only downside is the elevators. Very long wait times and one wasn’t working properly. Nice rooftop bar with fabulous views. Close to all the action. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Staff was professional and friendly at check in, check out, and other facility staff who would greet you when seen. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Small fridge and coffee maker are nice perks. Furniture in room was old but didn’t bother me. Close enough to walk to Times Square and many food options nearby. Cold water dispensers available in lobby in the afternoon to night time. Overall, an excellent stay and would stay there again."
