"The hotel's facade and lobby are simply old school gorgeous! Clearly a lot of history here. Our check-in was swift, and the man who checked us in was thoughtful and kind. Unfortunately, the heater in our initial room was broken, and it took some time to get a manager then maintenance in there. It could not be repaired with us in the room, but the maintenance guy said the front desk would call us shortly with the new room number. After an hour wait in a room that was actually colder than next to...

"We were traveling to New York for a very short trip and this hotel made everything absolutely perfect. Easy check in/out instructions, extremely helpful and polite staff, very clean and accessible. Great location so close to everything and major attractions and traveling options. We told them it was our anniversary and they decorated the room for us which I thought was just so special and kind. We can’t recommend this hotel enough & can’t wait to come back & stay again! <3"
