"The apartment was ok as far as size and functionality considering it's location (London), however the service was horrible. When we checked in Peter wanted to rip me off 30pounds for been late after I communicated with the office and they said no charge .In addition my son's wallet was stolen from the apartment and everyone seems to feel that's ok.
