"The apartment was ok as far as size and functionality considering it's location (London), however the service was horrible. When we checked in Peter wanted to rip me off 30pounds for been late after I communicated with the office and they said no charge .In addition my son's wallet was stolen from the apartment and everyone seems to feel that's ok. "Had a brief, but lovely stay with Jasmine in her lovely home. The daffodil room was cute and bright, faced the road but very quiet. Lovely comfy bed, room is on the smaller side room but perfect for a couple or a short stay. Shower was great and provided basic shower gel and shampoo and towels. The only downside of the room was the glass paneled door into the bathroom, but we just hung a towel on the hooks to cover it so it wasn't too much of an issue. Would have been nice to have tea / coffee...
