You’re super close to all the theaters and time square, etc. my only minor (very minor complaints) would be shower was a bit either boiling lava or arctic cold. And it would be nice to get complimentary water and coffee - but def not a huge deal! Overall, great room and location is tough to beat. "

"Everything was excellent but I wouldn’t stay again. There is no coffee or tea in the room or lobby. You have to leave the building. Also I left a new pair of expensive sneakers in the room and called just a few hours after checkout while housekeeping was still there, yet they “couldn’t find them”. Staying at the Garden Inn across the street from now on. "
