"Overall excellent but a couple of comments. 1. Rooms are nice, bathrooms updated. 2. My 90 year old parents had a handicap accessible room, but the shower was in the tub, so they could not shower. 3. My sister was charged $10 to get into her room early. 4. Breakfast better than most with fresh cut up fruit. 5. I left clothing in the closet. When I called several hours later, they had found and set aside the clothing. Will stay again given the opportunity. "

"My four children and I stayed here for a weekend. We were able to be in one room that was big and spacious for us. We loved the coffee/tea bar on the second floor. Also loved all the sitting areas throughout the building. We had dinner her and the food was delicious. There was a big snow storm during our stay and the parking lot was shoveled by morning. My kids and I will definitely come back."

"Lovely serene spa-like accommodations. We reserved Springhouse 2. The in-room fireplace was a nice feature. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I had the pumpkin pancakes which were light and tasty. Staff and service very pleasant. I would stay here again. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and charming."
