Microwave was broken. No coffee in the room. Bathtub didn’t drain very well. TV wasn’t very nice. Asked the restaurant for a few forks and was told I needed to buy food in order to use a fork. Bed was comfy though and the neighborhood was convenient.

Hotel had a great location to everything we needed. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were a nice size but did find the bathroom to be dated and needed some updating. In my opinion the hotel should include onsite parking and they shouldn't charge for a takeout coffee.

We stayed two nights here. When checking in, we requested that our room be serviced (towels changed, bed made). Due to this NOT working smoothly at other hotels on our trip, we emphasized that the hotel should NOT mess this up. The manager at the desk said it had been entered. Next morning, before we left the hotel, we checked with the front desk manager again to ensure our room would be serviced. He assured us it would be. To our dismay, when we returned, the room had NOT been serviced! Understandably, I screamed at the front desk. By the time you return and discover an uncleaned room, the cleaning staff are gone for the day. To the credit of the staff, they found someone to change the towels and make up the bed. We were on a cross country road trip and stayed at several hotels. The simple act of trying to get your room serviced has become an absolute nightmare! The system is completely broken and hotels are completely unwilling to fix it.

It was a room. Relatively clean. Wait staff was inappropriate, there was variable water temperature, lost their liquor license, no room service, food was not good, understaffed restaurant. Didn’t have the room we booked.

The only problem I had was that we couldn’t check in early after I received an email that I could upgrade. We were going for an Eagles game and they changed the time of the game after I booked the room and I called 4 times to try to check in early but the customer service was not helpful and couldn’t help me. Other than that the place was nice.

This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a hotel that near all the sites (Betsy Ross house, constitution center, independence hall are all within walking distance) my complaint with the property is that the bar was closed which in it of itself is fine but there was no signage indicating that it was closed. The staff was friendly and nice. I’d stay here again knowing that there are plenty of places to grab a drink near by
