"Overall very good. Room was clean and tidy and quite easy to get warm. Usual problem of accessing soap when taking a bath rather than a shower - not everybody wants to be deluged by an overhead shower."

"Arrived and checked in and given a homemade cookie. Good menu in restaurant. Had a lovely bedroom and large bed. Excellent breakfast. Found all staff pleasant and friendly. Would stay again."

"Wonderful 1 night stay after the football in Liverpool. The Staff were out of this world and so was the food and restaurant ambience. Special thankyou to the young lady that waited on us for our meal. She was a credit to the hotel. If i can offer one piece of feedback it is the ceiling above room 10. It is very thin and myself and my daughter had to listen to every movement from the occupants upstairs, and unfortunately i mean ever movement which was a bit traumatic for a 15 year old. But...

Third time staying

"Third time staying, very happy with hotel. Smaller bed and room this time but I think that was because hotel was sold out. I bought 2 cocktails at happy hour which are advertised as £10….so during happy hour 2 cocktails are £15! Oh well. I didn’t realise my 14 year old grandson wouldn’t be allowed in bar after 5pm. Didn’t matter we went out instead. Not sure if I’d come back a 4th time. "
