Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). Turns out at least the Level one is also heated - didn't spot that until we got there! The room's were spacious and spotless, and always topped up as needed. "Everything went so smooth. They were able too check me in early, which after an overnight flight appreciated. Breakfast/ dinner are included and drinks are reasonably priced."

Staff were excellent and nothing was a problem. The only 2 observations of a negative nature, no half board allowance at the fish restaurant was a disappointment and the infrequent nature of the shuttle bus, given the fact the hotel is at the top of a hill."
