The staff were amazing, as the water had to be turned off to let the work dry we were reissued another room and the staff moved our luggage etc for us. An issue promptly and efficiently dealt with. Thank you "

"The staff made the stay 10 stars!! we were tired after a week traveling through the country + lost luggage by our ailine but they did anything they could to help, even offer a new suitcase for us to bring bag our newest items, made calls, helped find stores etc. Always with a smile. the staff get A++, + quiet, super clean and convenient. The llace is within a few blocks of the metro and downtown. "
