"This is a beautiful place to stay. We wanted a comfortable place to relax for a few days before we headed on with our UK journey. Margarita and Liam are truly the most enjoyable and helpful owners. We had a great time walking to the local pub and lounging around this luxurious property. Our room was so comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. We look forward to coming back next time we are in the area. "

"The staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful but it was on the same level and overlooked the beer garden, so I think that this could be a problem in the summer. It also had an interconnecting door, which meant I could hear my noisy neighbours very clearly!"

"The room was very dated and in need of some TLC, however the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had been recently renovated. The location was very good- a quick walk to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are above the Pub so it can be quite noisy, but once the pub closed @ 11 it was very quiet with the exception of the road traffic. We chose other options for our meals. Maria's was very good for breakfast and lunch. Jazz & Java had great breakfast and dinners. Service was excellent and...

"Amazing themed rooms, very clean m with crisp white cotton sheets, and very comfy bed and pillows. Powerful shower and fluffy towels. Breakfast choice was amazing, cooked to order , very hot and tasty. Staff could not have been more helpful, requested more tea and milk sachets, bought to our room with 5 mins and asked if we would prefer fresh milk! Lady serving breakfast was lovely, very helpful and friendly Definitely stay here again "

"The Potting Shed is a beautiful little oak beamed studio in the stunning gardens of a thatched cottage, very near to Hever Castle. The hosts were very kind and welcoming during our stay, and the studio was immaculate. Lovely continental breakfast and amazing power shower. We had a wonderful night's stay and wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Excellent property. We went away for my parents wedding anniversary. 5 couples in total.Property was good sized, in particular the shared areas (which was lucky as the weather was awful), plus nicely decorated. It felt very homely and all shared rooms were of good enough size to accommodate us.Tracey was excellent in her communication, and accommodating for any requests / questions we had.I would highly recommend this for a trip away, just two points I would note:1) Pool table needs some TLC - sadly it looks like it has been misused by previous guests.2) As it was family this was ok, but one of the bedrooms can only be reached by walking through other bedrooms at the property. Not a negative "

A home away from home

"This property feels like you are house sitting. Everything you expect and more was provided. Having travelled from London where the accommodation varied, this home was a relief to stay in. The only real problem for us was that my spouse is very tall so had to duck when using the stairs."

"We had a lovely stay in this large character full house. We loved some of the original features and enjoyed staying somewhere traditional. The house is in a quiet location near to lots of pretty villages. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is well equipped "
