"New build in Canary Wharf. Handy for shops and good transport links. Wished there was parking at the hotel, but it wasn’t too far away. Staff very warm and helpful. The only thing that could have been abit better was TV reception in the room really but we were hardly on the room. "

"comfortable, relaxing hotel. Robes and slippers in the room, which is great if you want to wander down to the spa, and/or chill out. The breakfast was lovely, a good selection and good quality. All staff from the reception,spa and breakfast were professional, friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept with nice seating areas to relax and enjoy the views. The spa is small, however they are up grading this and im sure it will be amazing once completed."

"I’m always sceptical when a hotel names itself as ‘good’. In this case, I need not have worried - ‘great hotel’ would have worked accurately too. Sure, the rooms are small but so are the prices. Fantastically clean and fresh. Staff are beyond friendly and the whole thing just works brilliantly. "Great stay, the staff made it very personal for our special trip with a surprise card and a lovely pair of towel swans and petals. The pool was great for the kids. Breakfast did not seem quite as plentiful as our last stay but still nice. Would come again, rooms are really big and great value for money for our family of four."
