"Great hotel in central Birmingham that is right near the train station and bullring shopping centre. Staff are friendly and polite, room service ladies did a great job, building looks nice on the outside and inside. Views are great from the window even with all the construction going on it was nice in the evening seeing the crane lights and buildings lit up. The air conditioning doesn’t seem to be functioning but my room was provided with an extremely decent portable heater that quickly heated...
