Manager (with broken leg) was so helpful - are the breakfast staff were the best team ever - so amazing helpful and so cheerful - never had service like that for a long time - and a big shout out to the very lovely omelet lady. "Great location for world resort arena- 10 minute walk. Also railway station accessible by foot too. Room was spacious and clean (bathroom looked new) Bat area was good. Breakfasts were very good plus could recommend Burgundy Restaurant. Very friendly helpful staff"

"Great hotel in central Birmingham that is right near the train station and bullring shopping centre. Staff are friendly and polite, room service ladies did a great job, building looks nice on the outside and inside. Views are great from the window even with all the construction going on it was nice in the evening seeing the crane lights and buildings lit up. The air conditioning doesn’t seem to be functioning but my room was provided with an extremely decent portable heater that quickly heated the room. Carpets had minor noticeable stains in places which might have bothered some people but it’s a hotel with a constant stream of visitors so can’t fault them. Breakfast was amazing and has a decent variety of food to sample including smoothies, yogurts, fruit, cereals, toast etc. Highly recommend this hotel for a stress free stay in Birmingham. You get what you pay for with this hotel which is luxury treatment. "

"We stayed in an accessible family room, the bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed wasn’t so comfortable but managed to sleep and even though on a busy street the room was always quiet. The breakfast was good with a good make your own waffle option that I’d not seen before and had for breakfast both day. The only annoying thing about the breakfast area is the number of family that let their kids use their iPad with no headphones and volume on ( maybe head down early to avoid this)."
