"I stayed at the hotel a day before I was to continue there for a conference. Whitney is amazing!!! Just awesome! Nothing was too much trouble. However, I asked the gent in the mornings at the desk to please refill my shower gel and he didn't - I had to ask Whitney and it was done almost immediately. Breakfast was ok - wasn't awesome. Not a lot of choice in drinks and no hot chocolate for those who do not drink coffee. It was a very nice stay, just wish that the shower gel and shampoo was checked...
