"Hotel was clean, staff was courteous, and noise was kept to a minimum given the construction around the building. Didn’t encounter any hassling for timeshares. Was here for two day business conference located on Park Ave which was a 10 minute walk. Deli on the corner has some really good sandwiches and Grand Central Food Court is only a 10 min walk away."

"Although bar and restaurant was under renovations this did not impact our stay. Staff was friendly and went out of their way for us throughout our stay. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and amenities were wonderful. Even though our room faced the interior space and not much of a view, we didn’t mind this as we were out exploring and it was very quiet at night. "

The thermostat in the room didn't work well. The temp kept rising even though we had it set to 68. The heat went up to 78. "
