They informed us it was the 2nd stage of checking in - which is simply not true! We politely declined being subjected to a sales pitch. Other than that, our stay was fantastic. I can recommend this property...and it was much quieter than where we had stayed previously in Midtown where traffic noise reached us even on...

"Beautiful hotel. Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Amazing Union Square location where we were able to wander through the holiday market and walk to great restaurants. The hotel restaurant and bar were being renovated, so we weren’t able to enjoy that amenity. Maybe next time. Overall, it was a great stay."
