"The staff were very helpful at check-in but we did find it a little off putting to have the time share sales people 'accost' us as we made our way to the lifts to go to our room. They informed us it was the 2nd stage of checking in - which is simply not true! We politely declined being subjected to a sales pitch. Other than that, our stay was fantastic.
