"Hotel is a pretty quick walk from a tube station- which was great and convenient! They have a place on-site to store luggage which is helpful for people arriving early. The room itself was okay- could use some updating. The shower was super small, there was just enough room to stand inside and slowly spin around. There wasn't a way to control the temperature in the room, and the heater was on full blast the whole time. It was a great place to stay if you're looking for an affordable option! "

"Arrived early and allowed to check in which was helpful after a long travel. Was informed of an ‘upgrade we had been given’ for a double room but when we were allocated our room on floor 3 the bed was just 2 singles pushed together! Apart from that hotel was lovely, breakfast was nice and check out at 11 was helpful:-)"
