We know her for many years having been a regular patron of this hotel. She’s still the same as ever. Amazing customer friendly personality. Great to see her do well there. Breakfast was made fantastic despite the chaos by Francis, who went over and beyond and so did Tannu! Hardworking guys, attentive and addressing all our requests with a big smile at all times. Not to forget Paul at the reception, his Manager Minna Hinna, and his thoughtfulness, welcoming us with nice sweets which was appreciated. Lastly the hard working Bilawal “Billu” and Mohsin at the valet and baggage services. Fantastic guys. Thanks a lot JA team. Its people like you that make us come back! "
