"There for only 5 days but already planning a trip back we liked it that much! Pools are fantastic. Everyone was so nice!! "

"The staff was friendly, professional, patient and respectful. Alex, in particular, showed great compassion when our dog injured her foot on the gravel in the courtyard and the other manager (whose name I wish I could remember Brody us a bandage immediately, and clean sheets. The chef’s were kindly accommodating of our vegan needs and the barista made cute little bears on our latte’s. The grounds were well kept. The only negative is that they did not inform guests of a party that went well past midnight with a DJ that was extremely loud in the restaurant courtyard in the center of the hotel. The next morning the restaurant was closed for a deep cleaning which made checking out early, as we had planned, impossible as they were using a high pressure hose to clean the bars roof, which blocked the entrance. I witnessed and experienced a grumpy and impatient manager that morning who did not accommodate guests who were inconvenienced by the restaurant having a deep clean scheduled during posted business hours. Had we known this would be happening we would not have extended our stay for an extra night. However I would choose to stay again as it’s location and staff are great. "

"The resort and staff were wonderfully accommodating. The grounds were well kept and the food was nice. The only issue we really had there was that some of the restaurants closed for the night and we had planned to eat there. Our fault for not checking but it would be nice to know it advance so we can plan accordingly. Other than that has a great time with friends and my wife. "

"Relaxing. We didn't realize the entire population of SDSU would be there for Spring Break, but they never really impacted the relaxation or swrvice we experienced. Alfredo and Reymundo at Paloma and Cilantro were freat servers as was Numero Juan poolside. "
