"I loved absolutely everything about our vacation at the lighthouse! Amazing and varied food at the buffets and a la cart restaurants, super-clean rooms and grounds, perfect weather, we could choose between pools with more action or pools that were more quiet, and every staff member was so pleasant, friendly and helpful. Couldnt go up to the top of the lighthouse because of a broken elevator. No biggie! I will be returning next year!!"

"Very nice property. Only had one buffet but service and food was good. Overall a nice resort, but small. We checked in late due to our flight being delayed 5 hours from Chicago. But when we finally arrived Saturday morning, we were able to check in within 10 minutes. Very accommodating and didnt get bothered for a timeshare.... would definitely return. "

"Extremely surprised on this hotel! I read while booking this hotel a mix of good/bad reviews so i was skeptical about this property and set myself the bar very low. The service was my biggest concern as i read many not-so-good reviews about it ;however, i can say the staff was extremely helful and the service was impecable. Entertainment: Francisco: amazing person and great energy. He was always with a great smile Pool Waiters: Angel, Rubicel y Josimar: top level service and we were never left wotgout drinks and food. I have travelled a LOT and by far they provided the best service I've experienced Restaurants: were just ok and nothing impressive. The buffet was definitely the best option Beach: 10 out of 10 Rooms: we atayed at the building Palmilla and had the most upgraded rooms everything was good and bed/pillows were comfy I would rate this property a 8 out of 10 and i would definitely come back "
