"I love everything about this property. It’s actually one of the top favorite hotels of mine within the area. The only issue I had was when I was up in the bar, I asked the bartenders for a drink. I understand that it was a little busy, but they never approach me or ask me anything so I just stood there for 15mins without anyone at least telling me to give them a moment and they will get to me in a bit. When I seen other guests approach them. They gave them a menu. They could’ve done the same...

"Very conveniently located for events at Kia Center but a little rough to walk home in with the downtown crowd although very safe with police presence. In the room could hear a lot of the traffic. Breakfast was great, clean and plentiful but at 9:55 they are closing up and pushing you out. Also states checkout was noon but at 11:30 they came to our room and said check out was 11 so we had to rush to get out. I would def stay again but 1. Uber back from event, 2. Get to breakfast earlier 3....
