"First I will say the Villa we were given was comfortable and clean, the guest service was friendly, However when I arrived there was a sign on the front desk stating the main pool, lazy river, and slides would be closed for the duration of my stay. Those were the reasons I chose this resort over locations so to say I was severely disappointed would be an understatement, then to add to the disappointment I was charged the full resort fee even though the biggest without any offer of a fee refund....

"Have always love staying here… it’s has been 3 times already… close to the Disney World! Everything you might need is close by… didn’t get offer the 10$ per day drink credit that comes with the Expedia Offer but did get a welcome package at check in. "

"Taking a friend to airport early and decided to overnight in Orlando, as I live about 2 hours from the airport. Decided with this place we would have all the comforts of home and our own rooms, so we don’t have to hear each other snore. Only about 30 minutes from the airport and had a wonderful stay. I would stay here again. The only complaint is the TV’s didn’t have any channels to watch."

"The water in the Villas did not taste good from the sink. There was no filter in the fridge or even just a Britta/filtered sink water. Also, the hot water was very minimal in the Hotel. The hot tub outside, the large one, was not working at all during most of our stay. Other than that stuff, great place. The sleep was really good. It was quiet. AC was perfect."

"We liked staying here. The location is convenient to the highway to get to Disney, and it is convenient to restaurants. The downside is that the furniture is very dated and pretty beat up. With a little updating, this would be a great place to stay."
