"This is such a beautiful property!! The gentlemen at the front desk was so nice and gave us a great room that was close to the perfect amenities for my toddler such as the cafe and pool area. We also got a wonderful room with a balcony that overlooked the gorgeous greenery that the Gaylord has on the interior of the property! The food poolside was incredible! The pool was so kid friendly and warm as well! I will certainly be back!"

"condition: acceptable, clean, but the entry process: terrible, no lobby, no personal attention, security guard is responsible for everything, car line waiting at the entry point, (I wait for more than 30 minutes)registration process too long, hotel take 200 dollars for security deposit, you have to drop the trash by yourself, if you need room attention you have to pay more "

"Our first night was not good, we flew in at 12am and arrived at around 230-3am. The room smelt of mildew and our kids asked why their socks were wet, It must have flooded, we called immediately and they said they would send housekeeping in the AM. My husband does floors and said they would need to remove the carpet as it has been wet for awhile. We went to the office early as they were using a very loud machine doing renovations in the auite across the hall and they changed our roo.. the new...

"Everything was great from the time of check in - to checking out. Very easy , very nice professional crew. A few things they can work on is the parking lot- there’s pot holes , uneven pavement. And the repairs in the apartments. They seem to be quick fixes - which can make the area look bad. Other than that , we had a great time ! We will be back. "
