This property had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed all the activities they had to offer. Front desk employees were very welcoming and helpful. My only complaint is the rooms need some major updating.

We have stayed here for the past three years and the resort has gotten better every time. This year, the lower level of the villa was renovated. It felt so fresh and so clean. The Activities were much improved as well. The kids enjoyed the rock climbing.

Over rated lack of professionalism my check in was done 30 minutes after because they didnā€™t have any room ready but at check out they came ready to clean the room before the time to check out .The front desk was rude as completely ignore me. I donā€™t recommend. My Bed was hard as a rock.The patio was very dirty with mold even the table. I feel they lack on maintenance around the property and very outdate no charging base for phone . I donā€™t recommend this property for the price you pay you have better options in the area like west gate ,Vistana etc.They have better amenities and clean atmosphere.

Nice and clean. Pools were heated but not enough as it was too cold, also they said that ā€œallā€ their pools are heated. This was not true, the lazy river was not heated. Did not like the beds. Maybe in summer time I would consider this hotel for the amenities and privacy. The beds are too soft for us.

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and lazy river. It was nice the units had their own washer and dryer. Clean and comfortable. We didnā€™t ever see the water slide open. The pool bar closed early but didnā€™t have hours posted just posted the time it opened. Lots of activities but every little activity costs extra.

The resort was absolutely amazing. My family, friends, and children all enjoyed themselves very much. we love the extra activities that were available for the children. And the adults loved having A bar close to the pool. However, while at the pool, we were told by staff that the children were not able to jump into the pool. Even though we were the only ones in the pool at this time, the kids were not allowed to jump or play with their water toys. Itā€™s a family resort. I found this extremely strange. We did fine the townhouse/Villa was not as clean as we would like, the floors were pretty dirty and the enclosed patio/backyard was not comfortable enough or appealing enough to hang out. We also found a cockroach in our bathroom the very first night. There were small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and one soap for the dishwasher and one soap for the washer machine, which was nice. Paper towel and toilet paper for available in both bathrooms. And when we ran out, we just called the front desk and they were able to send more. There were no issues with requesting more things for our stay. I would definitely return back to this resort however I would buy extra soap for the washing machine and dishwasher as well as some Lysol wipes.

This was our first time and i cant believe all your activities cost so much. We go to other places and it's included. Not to mention our room only had 2 bath towels, no toilet paper or paper towel back up, no laundry soap, no dish soap, the floor was very dirty, the outside patio light didnt work, the sheets in the master bedroom had stains on them, the ice cube trays in the freezer were all cracked so there was a ton of water on the freezer on the bottom. The parking lot to our room had a ton of garbage and construction stuff all over. The activities you offer are way over priced and the food and drinks are outrageous. Maybe lower some of your prices and families could afford to do stuff at your resort. The skillet in the room was horrible. We made eggs and they stuck to it. All the dishes were dirty in the cabinets so i had to have my husband and kids get dish soap from the front office for me to hand wash them all. Room was not really upgraded besides the main floor and countertop. Pricing has got really bad since we started going there (4-5 times). Resort Fee is high, lots of rules there, little extras for the kids have doubled since last visit Itā€™s a nice place overall but just higher in fees and more rules Then I recall

Visited with family for theme park vacation. All areas were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lazy river and pool area were great to relax after a day at the park!
