"Decent quality 3 star hotel on negombo seafront. Nice garden facing the beach and great views of sunsets. Guests were a mixed crowd of locals and foreign tourists. Check in process was slow and inefficient. Staff seemed to struggle to process a group booking ahead of us and told us to wait. This took more than half hour. "This property is situated on a beautiful hill where you can see sunrise just like from Little Adam’s Peak. Rooms are old fashioned train station themed, which adds nice touch. Free yoga session is nice addition. Reception staff is nice but the restaurant staff in the morning breakfast are not very attentive. Overall our stay was good, but with the price point of view Ella now has another amazing new resort nearby. But if you want to stay in close proximity to Ella town this hotel is best. "
