Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. "Almost perfect but for a five star hotel a few minor let downs (really minor…). The funicular to the beach was out of order all week, and the beer tap at the pool bar wasn’t working (all week). Service in the main was excellent, but on leaving awaited 25 minutes for someone to come with a car to our villa to take our cases up to reception (very steep 10 minute walk uphill was the alternative). Car never arrived despite calling 3 times so had to walk…."
