"The property is magnificient and do not feel crowded at all. Wverything is beautoful and feel 5 stars...and i am an exigent client. The gym the spa and even the pool area are nice. The breakfast is adequate. Not mind blowing but good for those used to 5 stars. Hot chocolate is not good at all though. Staff were all polite smiling and helpful. The location is great, posh and beautiful. But i would not stay there to ezplore the whole island. We stayed 2 night there and 3 nighs in adeje....

"I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in."

Located by the harbour, these apartments have bars, restaurants, shops,a sandy beach and a Snooker/Pool/Darts centre only yards away. The apartments (although a bit dated) are spacious. "The hotel is in the perfect spot, it is in the center of everything, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. This hotel is right across from yhe ocean so the views from the rooms are amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Th breakfast buffet was great and there was a largevariety of fruits, vegetables, eggs and many many more options, I have dietary restrictions and always had lots of different foods to choose from. The rooms are simple but very clean....

"The apartments are in a good location and the staff are helpful. It had basic but comfortable furnishings and was spacious with a large balcony. Any problems were dealt with quickly. Shame about the view of the derelict building opposite, but guess they can't do much about that! All in all good value for a central stay if you don't need or want luxury."
