All the staff at this hotel are brilliant, always approachable and helpful. The hotel is located a short walk away from the centre of Santa Cruz through a lovely park. "Nice apartment with lovely sunny balcony (with sunshade) overlooking pool and beautiful garden. Garden is really lovely with lots of cats to spot, also birds doves etc. Pool good but cool - good to relax around. WiFi was good, TV with some English news channels. Good range of cookery utensils but only stovetop no oven or microwave. Bed comfortable and slept very well. The apartments are about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Llanos, which has plenty of friendly bars and some restaurants....

"The apartments are in a good location and the staff are helpful. It had basic but comfortable furnishings and was spacious with a large balcony. Any problems were dealt with quickly. Shame about the view of the derelict building opposite, but guess they can't do much about that! All in all good value for a central stay if you don't need or want luxury."
