" There is nice blend of intimacy and ease with great staff service. I noticed a guest arriving who required quite a bit of attention and really put the staff member through some work. When all was done, it appeared that the guest was expecting valet service and the staff member took it upon herself to walk the guest to the elevator which was above and beyond what she was expected to do. Only critique, I originally booked a king size bed and discovered two twin size beds. I didn't make a big deal about it as it was during the carnival time which I imagine is very busy"

"Enjoyed our stay friendly staff. Spacious clean apartment with good balcony. Very good breakfast choice but hot food not the warmest. Hilly walk back from main strip, but we were aware of this , however hotel bus provided if required."

"This is a really good 5* hotel. It’s got a rather old fashioned interior, but it’s pleasant. Great breakfast! Comfy bed and good bedding. Good gym and spa. Nice pools. Lots of other facilities. Slightly non-customer-focused guy at the reception. "
