"The property is magnificient and do not feel crowded at all. Wverything is beautoful and feel 5 stars...and i am an exigent client. The gym the spa and even the pool area are nice. The breakfast is adequate. Not mind blowing but good for those used to 5 stars. Hot chocolate is not good at all though. Staff were all polite smiling and helpful. The location is great, posh and beautiful. But i would not stay there to ezplore the whole island. We stayed 2 night there and 3 nighs in adeje....

"Este hotel es uno de los mejores hoteles de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Mi ultima estancia fue del 30/5/ al 8/6/23. Las habitaciones y los baños son amplios y muy cómodos aunque alguna de las habitaciones standard necesitan un poco de renovación. Puntos a mejorar es el desayuno creo que la variedad de la comida no es tan buena como antes, como la fruta por ejemplo. La comida del restaurante es buena. "I've spent 3 nights in the Hotel Nautico. Arriving at the hotel, there's ample parking on the street, the check in was quick and the room was neat and clean. You can walk to the bars, however there's nothing spectacular within 10 minutes walking, so either you're in for a walk or a short drive. I haven't experienced the breakfast. There's free wifi in the rooms, which isn't that quick, but good enough for basics."
