"Have had a great stay at St Giles, may have been compact, however clean and convenient for the sights … All staff courteous and friendly, willing to help when approached… Such a comfortable bed with a choice of pillows … Had an amazing room overlooking Tottenham Court Road and the BT Tower … Not the quietest… however it is a main road and not an issue for me, it is what it is …. please don’t complain, just take earplugs … My only complaint although prob just a preference…. What’s with the tiny tea cups??? Would much prefer a good sized cup / mug … Thank you and would love to cone back xXx "

"Staff was very nice, room was clean and well appointed, the location was excellent and very walkable to sites, dinning, and shopping, room was quiet, clean, and beds were comfortable, and the hotel bar was great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"There is not much to do around the property. It’s also far from the tourist locations so extra time and money are expected to get to tourist attractions."
