"The room was excellent. Comfortable, well equipped and modern. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The only downside was the quality of the food. It arrived barely warm and both the steak and the chicken dishes were very tough. "

"Hotel rooms of ggod size, however they are a little run down and in need of deep cleanse or refresh. Pleasant grounds, with access to fitness centre etc. plenty of space to walk (as its a golf resort). Breakfast buffet is well stocked with many options. Hotel Bar prices are on the edge of extortion (1 x local Beer, Small White Wine - £26 !!! )."

"This is the best hotel I have stayed at in the UK!! It has everything you want, plus amazing charm! It is fully updated and renovated, the pub is super clean, the room has every amenity you could think of including a nice nespresso maker, the area is stunning next to the river, the food is ace…I wish my entire London stay could have been at The Bridge!!!"

"Helen and David were great hosts and they were very helpful in recommending nearby activities, places to eat and shared lots of history about Virginia Water. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend staying with them. "

"Great location, exit hotel and you're looking at Big Ben. Quick walk to Westminster tube station. Easy walk to Trafalgar Square. Plenty of food spots and shops including a Starbucks and Subway. Plenty of nearby tourist spots nearby. Only negative for me was the bathroom lighting: only overhead lighting and not too bright. So not great when trying to shave while looking into mirror."
