"Easy check in, no problems, from 2pm which is very reasonable. I asked if late check out would be available, but was informed I would need to ask in the morning, that is a bit of an inconvenience if you are planning a long lay in. It would be helpful to know the day before. The lock on my door was not working, a member of staff had this fixed straight away. Room modern in decoration Good selection of different lighting in room and bathroom. Air conditioning which can be adjusted. Blackout...

"Hotel rooms of ggod size, however they are a little run down and in need of deep cleanse or refresh. Pleasant grounds, with access to fitness centre etc. plenty of space to walk (as its a golf resort). Breakfast buffet is well stocked with many options. Hotel Bar prices are on the edge of extortion (1 x local Beer, Small White Wine - £26 !!! )."

"Stayed only 2 nights. Hotel was very big our room was very far from the elevator. Otherwise it was a beautiful hotel. It was walking distance to the aquarium and the London Eye. Had a wonderful stay. "

"Very close to a London Underground station and many dining options around including bakeries and small grocery stores, and several restaurants. The room was clean, bed was big and comfortable; a little noise from the station but not bad at all. Walkable to Westminster area across the river as well. "
