"We asked for towel services, but never received any cleaning or trash service during our 6 night stay. We used grocery sacks and set trash outside. We also found a sock left in the room by previous guests that was obviously missed by housekeeping. These aren't things that will stop me from going there again. I will just know to ask for service and not rely on a schedule communicated in the room. The location was great for my needs. "

"Highly recommend this hotel. Extremely clean, great staff, amazing amenities (the pool and hot tub were by far my favorite). The free breakfast was phenomenal. So thankful I found this hidden gem. "

"We have been going to Scotrun for Many years. Even though they have increased prices to stay on the grounds, the grounds need some attention. The pool was dirty, several broken tiles in the pool, broken basketball hoops. We were disappointed. Another con: extreme late check in, and early checkout. Makes it difficult when traveling with children. "
