"The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. The lobby/bar are gorgeous. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything was wonderful except for the bathroom. Although the products were lovely, the shower head was terrible and there was barely any water pressure. Also the towels are incredibly rough and uncomfortable.The bathroom definitely does not live up to the feeling of luxury that the rest of the hotel possesses. "

"We loved our corner suite. Lots of space. This hotel is conveniently located to the convention center, shops, and dining. The breakfast and reception foods are good. Make sure to request your car from valet with ample time for your plans. Sometimes takes a minute for them to retrieve. Hotel is clean, spacious, and interesting, as it used to be the federal reserve bank. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously here. Would recommend for sure! "
