"The Grand Prince at Osaka bay was a fantastic experience. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind and even if you’re Japanese is limited or you know none, they can still assist you. "Swissotel is very conveniently located, with direct access to the train station, so even with many luggages, you are just steps and an elevator away. but it is quite far away from OCAT. we didn't managed to find our way to OCAT so we stick to the train option (to airport) it is also linked to Takashimaya and Ebisubashisuji is just steps away, which also leads you to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. there were some hiccups after we checked in, but we managed to finally settle down in the 3rd room,...

"The hotel is not very near to the station and there was no large-scale shopping mall or department store nearby as well. I found some shredded tissue paper in room toilet. But the bed was clean and comfortable. We do enjoy the free Onsen and massage chair. We also had a dinner on the top floor restaurant. Overall I would say we have a good stay in this hotel."
