"This was our first time in this hotel. It was not close enough to Fallsview Casino to walk. We were put in a room on the 16th floor and were assured we were no where near the people participating in a cheerleading competition. But we were! Right next door to the first of 4 adjoining rooms. Ungodly noise and screaming in hallways till late at night. The cookies we received upon arrival were delicious. I would probably stay again if no kids tournaments/competitions taking place "

"The hotel is beautiful, the room clean and spacious. However ,i booked Sunday ,check in at 4 Found out afterwards the waterslide closes Sunday at 4 ,they do not consider Sunday the weekend. I had 3 very upset grandchildren Extremely disappointing considering I paid $300 to stay in the worst neighborhood in London for that sole reason The bath tub in the room also was useless as the drain wouldnt close"
