"It's a lovely place with elegant rooms but most importantly, some very professional staff supporting our stay. The spa facilities were immaculate and really added to our winter break. Only gripe on this recent occasion was that our check-in was delayed, but the offers of free drinks and looking after our luggage meant that it wasn't such an issue so no stars are dropped."

Relaxing lounge and free bar provides a homely feeling and is a perfect precursor to an evening out in Amsterdam. Good location.
