"Comfy stay, the hotel is in a convenient location and well furnished. I asked beforehand for a late checkout as was told to phone reception at 7am on the day (not very convenient if the reason you need a late checkout is to sleep!) I agreed a 2pm checkout as I had a meeting to attend online. During my meeting the telephone in the room started to ring loudly. They were calling to see why I hadn’t checked out! "Great spot near the train station and restaurants"

"Everything Great, apart from smoking area out the front of the hotel, for smokers its uncomfortable, cold and embarrassing and for non smokers its not nice to be greeted by cigarette butts and smoke as you enter and not a good look for the hotel. Needs one at the back of the hotel "

"I felt like it was a good location, near public transit (which I took advantage of daily). One of the tallest buildings in Amsterdam (it seemed) so I recommend going to the outdoor roof bar on the very top to see the excellent views. Enjoyed a delicious latte made every morning by a very kind gentleman in the lobby."
